1. In the two-minute Teer game, expert archers shoot 20 arrows in the second round and 30 arrows in the first.
2. The participant must choose a number between 0 and 99 to represent how many arrows they believe will hit the target.
3. The winner of each round is the one with the most accurate guesses.
4. Authorised dealers sell lottery tickets for any number between Rs 1 and Rs 50.

The total amount and each player’s accuracy decide the Shillong Teer lottery reward. For example, if you bet Rs. 1 and correctly guessed the outcome of the first round, you would win Rs. 80. In the same way, you would gain Rs 60 if you wagered Rs 1 on the second round. If a person correctly predicts both outcomes and wagers Rs 1 on each round, they can earn up to Rs 4,000.
