Rs 25 crore Onam bumper lottery ticket sold in Bathery, issued from Panamaram a month ago – Mathrubhumi English

Kozhikode: The much-anticipated announcement has finally arrived for those eagerly awaiting the result after buying tickets. The first prize of Rs 25 crore in the Onam Bumper lottery has been won by a ticket sold in Wayanad district. The winning ticket was sold by N G R Lotteries at Sultan Bathery in Wayanad. The ticket was issued to N G R Lotteries by S G Lucky Centre in Panamaram.
A M Jineesh is the agent at S G Lucky Centre, with agency number W402. Jineesh said that the identity of the prize winner is still unknown. He mentioned that he has been a lottery agent for over 20 years, and this is the first time one of his tickets has won the first prize in a bumper lottery.
Nagaraj, the agent at N G R Lotteries, meanwhile, expressed great happiness, stating that the ticket had been sold a month ago.
The Thiruvonam Bumper lottery had a first prize of Rs 25 crore, a second prize of Rs 1 crore each for 20 winners, a third prize of Rs 50 lakh, a fourth prize of Rs 5 lakh, a fifth prize of Rs 2 lakh, and a final prize of Rs 500.
Out of the 8 million tickets printed, 71,28,218 tickets were sold. Since over 8.5 lakh tickets remained unsold, tickets were still available on the morning of the draw, which was held on Wednesday. Last year, a total of 75,76,096 tickets were sold.
