This is a significant opportunity for individuals and families seeking to own a home at a subsidised price.
Multiple Housing Schemes Offered
The lottery offers a variety of housing options to cater to different income groups and needs. These are categorised into five segments:
- First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) Scheme: This scheme offers 2,340 units available for immediate allotment upon successful registration and application.
- MHADA Housing Scheme: This scheme provides 93 units for purchase.
- Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY): A total of 418 units are available under this government initiative for economically weaker sections (EWS) and low-income groups (LIG). These units will also be allotted through the FCFS scheme.
- 20 Per Cent Comprehensive Housing Scheme: This scheme offers 3,312 units located within Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), and Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) areas.
- 15 Per Cent Social Housing Scheme: This scheme provides 131 units for those in need of subsidised housing.
The cost of apartments varies depending on the category and location.
